Informatie over Yalameh Sherkat Farsh tapijt R-588852 uit Perzië/Iran. This carpet is knotted by the nomadic Yalameh-tribe that wanders in the Fars province in southern Persia. The carpet is known for their distinctive richness in the pattern and strong deep colours. Sometimes in the pattern, diamond-shaped medallions occur in a straight line. The carpet is considered to be of very high quality.

The foundation "Sherkat Farsh" was founded about 70 years ago. The purpose with the foundation was to uphold the traditions of the Persian carpet culture and to maintain the quality in the country's carpet production.
